Project Introduction

Supply Chain Management Trainee (SET) program is designed to attract and develop outstanding graduates from China and around the world, including international students. Through comprehensive training and coaching, broad career development opportunities, and continuous attention and support from senior leadership, the program accelerates your growth into a future expert and leader in the field of supply chain (production, logistics, procurement).

Based on individual strengths and business needs, SET can pursue either a Technical Professional or Functional Management career path, ensuring a more tailored development journey and clear career progression opportunities.

Development Plan

· Onboarding and centralized training at the APAC Procurement & Sustainability HQ

· APAC Procurement & Sustainability HQ, Procurement Shared Services Center, and related procurement category training assignments based on individual development plans

Career Path

· After completing the program, you may choose to specialize in a specific procurement category and build deep functional expertise, with future opportunities for cross-category and cross-functional development

· Your career path could lead to roles such as category expert, team leader, procurement director

Who We're Looking For

· Graduates from the Class of 2027 or professionals with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience. (Foreign applicants must hold a work permit in China)

· A bachelor's degree or above is required

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications, with strong English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing

· Curious, ambitious, and passionate about continuous learning, with strong communication and collaboration skills

· Self-motivated, accountable, resilient, and results-oriented, with a willingness to take on challenges

· Willingness to embrace and pursue job opportunities across geographies and functions
