岗位发展：
在入职后 12-24 个月内，跨核心部门进行多岗位轮岗 Rotate across multiple departments within 12‑24 months upon onboarding.
每位管培生配备一对一带教导师，针对个人发展方向定制成长路径 Each management trainee will be assigned a one‑on‑one mentor, with a personalized growth roadmap tailored to individual career aspirations.
主导或深度参与 1-2 个跨部门实战项目（如新场景开拓、海外业务、产品商业化等）Lead or deeply engage in 1‑2 cross‑functional projects, such as new‑scenario expansion, global business development, and product commercialization.
轮岗结束后，根据个人意愿与公司需求，双向选择定岗方向 Upon completion of rotation, permanent role assignment will be determined through mutual selection based on personal career preferences and company business requirements
任职要求
本科及以上学历，专业不限；国内外应届毕业生 Bachelor’s degree or above. Open to fresh graduated applicants.
学习成绩优异，有海外交换/多元文化背景者优先 Outstanding academic performance; overseas academic background or multi‑cultural background is preferred.
具备极强的学习能力、抗压能力与跨领域沟通协作能力 Demonstrated strong learning agility, resilience under pressure, and cross‑functional communication & collaboration capabilities.
对自动驾驶 / 智能出行 / 人工智能赛道有强烈兴趣与长期投入意愿 Strong passion and long‑term commitment toward autonomous driving, smart mobility and artificial intelligence sectors.

有创业 / 学生组织 leader / 顶级商赛 / 大厂核心岗位实习经验 Hands‑on experience in entrepreneurship, student organization leadership, top‑tier business competitions, or internships at leading enterprises.
具备出色的结构化思考、商业洞察与中英双语表达 Excellent structured thinking, commercial acumen, and bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.
接受全国乃至海外（北京 / 上海 / 深圳 / 香港 / 新加坡 / 欧盟等）出差调配 Willing to do the business travel across domestic and global locations (Beijing / Shanghai / Shenzhen / Hong Kong / Singapore / EU, etc.).
