Job Description:
Be responsible for new platform development acting as project leader, to ensure project objectives with defined development process
Lead cross functional mechanical development SE-team (customer, sales, engineering, production, quality...)
Lead team to do project requirement/time/cost/risk/change management, technical analysis/problem solving
Release product to production and support for production launch
Build up network with worldwide engineering team (Hungary, Japan, Germany)
Job Qualification:
overall outlook to project, ability to do time/cost/risk management
logic thinking for problem solving & root cause analysis
barrier-free communication with all stakeholders in English
drive to results as expected on the basis of product/project knowledge, soft skills(conflict management, escalation...)
