Job Summary:
1. ICT testing related work.
2. Testing Program develop and debug related work.
3. Product Failure analysis.
4. Testing CIP projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Update ICT program & running ECR
2. Generate ICT test plans based on specification and review test coverage
3. Validate and Inspect ICT fixture based on specification
4. Have PCBA Flash program knowledge on ICT or on special programmer
5. Analysis ICT failure board and find root cause
6. Lead the process problem solving / root cause analysis
7. Lead the optimization of manufacturing process to reduce CT, FPY
8. Lead RPP project to enhance machine capacity and cost reduction
9. Make the schedule for the new project(fixture, gauge, tooling prepare) and realize on schedule
10.BPS activity (TPM standardization, visualization, implementation, CIP);
11.Other tasks assigned from supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
1.Bechelor Degree
2.1~2 years of electrical testing work experience
3.Electrical knowledge, ICT testing knowledge, PCBA Flash related knowledge, Failure analysis knowledge.
4.Workable English
