Job Description
Deeply understand sales operation, provide data support for sales strategy and convert business pain points into clear system logic and implement them in practice. 深入理解销售运营，为销售策略提供数据支持，并将业务痛点转化为清晰的系统逻辑并落地执行。
Proficient in using PowerBI or other data visualization tools to extract and reorganize data from databases, build business operation dashboards and analysis models, identify risks and propose countermeasures. 熟练使用 PowerBI 或其他数据可视化工具，从数据库中提取、重组数据，搭建业务运营仪表盘与分析模型，识别潜在风险并提出对策。
Participate in the development of sales business systems, use Java or other language to write back-end logic and interfaces, and smooth cross-system data flow. 参与销售业务系统开发，运用 Java 或其他编程语言编写后端逻辑与接口，打通跨系统数据流转。
Responsible for developing and optimizing business scripts based on Python (Pandas, Openpyxl, Selenium, etc.) to improve the efficiency of daily sales operations. 负责开发与优化基于 Python（Pandas、Openpyxl、Selenium 等）的业务脚本，提升日常销售运营效率。
Provide corresponding solutions and suggestions based on business needs, develop digital transformation plans and promote implementation. 根据业务需求提供解决方案与建议，制定数字化转型方案并推动落地。
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in statistics, data analysis, marketing or related majors. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，信息系统、电子商务、软件工程或相关 “技术 + 业务” 复合背景专业优先。
Excellent business analytical skills, keen data insight, and structured thinking skills. 具备优秀的商业分析能力，敏锐的数据洞察力，结构化的思维能力。
Work experience: at least 2 years of related work experience, familiar with System 工作经验：至少 2 年相关工作经验，熟悉销售数据分析流程和方法。
Java (Spring Boot, Vue.js)/ElementUI, Familiar with Python (Pandas, Openpyxl, selenium etc.)/SQL, solid grasp of system architecture principles; candidates with hands-on AI application, exploration or project experience in business contexts will be highly preferred. 技术能力：Java (Spring Boot, Vue.js)/ElementUI，熟悉 Python (Pandas, Openpyxl, selenium 等)/SQL，拥有系统架构思维，对 AI 在业务场景中有实际使用、探索或项目经验者优先。
Good learning ability, communication skills, and team spirit, able to quickly understand the business and technical background. 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队精神，能够快速理解业务与技术背景。
Fluent written and oral English. 英语听说读写熟练。
