Responsibilities:
Can choose one of three roles(motor design engineer, embedded HW engineer or embedded SW engineer) based on his/her past experience and competence as starting role;
As motor or electronics application engineers to join global tools new product development project together with worldwide cross-location(Shanghai, Hangzhou, Penang, Stuttgart, Miskolc etc.) and cross-function (engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing etc.) teams;
Based on new project requirements from internal & external stakeholders, quickly give high quality solutions in different phases of project together related internal platform teams(motor, HW & SW) to ensure new product can pass concept design, verification, pilot & mass production and being successfully launched in worldwide；
Support predevelopment team to do new technology scouting and feasibility study to find out more potential new technology and solutions, which can be used in power tools industry;
Support department head to do team strategy planning and different kinds of key initiatives to improve team overall competence and competitiveness based on need.
Potential rotation opportunity:
-Potential rotation in different functions(application, platform, project management, product management etc.)
-And in different locations(Hangzhou, Penang, Shanghai, Stuttgart etc.)
Job Qualification:
Majors from Electrical engineering & Automation, Electronics & Information Engineering, Embedded SW or Motor design etc. related areas are preferred;
Having master degree and abroad education or working experience is preferred;
Open, fast leaner, team player, global mind-set, high anti-pressure resilience, and self-motivated and driven candidates are preferred;
Having good business and people sense with strong communication and coordination capability;
Fluent in both spoken and written English;
