岗位职责
Responsible for service network operations.
Responsible for the operation and management of local aftersales service, including ASP and ASC management, service quality management, VOC analysis, local customer relationship maintenance, etc., to break down Objectives and achieve key results. Continuously improve operation process
Evaluating customer satisfaction and build strategy to increase level of customer satisfaction
Responsible for early warning of any operational risk, and secure service partner’s compliance
岗位要求
Bachelor degree or above, Prior internship experience in Smartphone or 3C products is preferred
Good communication skills to ensure service delivery
Diligence, dedication, strong sense of responsibility, Clear thinking, customer service awareness, and teamwork
