材料工程师

岗位职责
1. focus on issues related to electronic materials and science, including microfabricated structures, displays, sensors and integrated circuits.
专注于电子材料与科学相关领域的问题，包括微加工结构、显示器、传感器及集成电路。
2. Conducting hands-on failure analysis.
设计实验方案，并执行失效分析。
3. Planning and executing laboratory tests.
设计并执行实验室端相关的测试。
4. Materials characterization.
负责半导体材料的研发、表征与性能优化。
5. Experimental method development.
负责实验方法开发。

岗位要求
1. Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering or related discipline, combined with a background including significant Materials Science related coursework and research experience.
材料科学与工程或相关专业博士学位，需具备扎实的材料科学专业课程基础及科研经验。
2. Specialized knowledge of materials characterization techniques （e.g., SEM, FIB, TEM, EDS, acoustic microscopy, X-ray, nanoindentation） is preferred.
熟悉相关材料表征技术（如：扫描电镜SEM、聚焦离子束FIB、透射电镜TEM、能谱分析EDS、超声显微技术、X射线分析、纳米压痕等）。
3. Experience with ion beam tools including the focused ion beam（FIB） and plasma focused ion beam （PFIB） is preferred.
具有离子束设备操作经验（聚焦离子束FIB、等离子聚焦离子束PFIB者优先考虑）。
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
出色的口头与书面表达能力。
5. Ability to work within project teams.
具备团队协作精神。
