岗位职责
1. Master the core functions, overall structure, assembly and testing content of semiconductor Tools.
掌握半导体机台的核心功能、整机结构、组装及测试内容。
2. Design and manufacture fixtures for the assembly, testing and quality inspection of materials.
设计和制造辅助机台组装、测试、质量检验的工装夹具。
3. Initiate relevant ECRs and ECOs based on actual production needs to carry out engineering changes.
结合生产实际需求发起相关ECR、ECO，进行工程变更。
4. Be capable of supporting the technical clarification and FA verification of domestic materials.
能支持国产化物料的技术澄清和首件验证工作。
5. Participate in continuous improvement projects, identify the root causes of problems and propose solutions.
参与持续优化项目，找出问题的根本原因并提出解决方案。
6. Be able to write process documents for equipment assembly and functional testing.
能够编写机台装配和功能测试用到的流程文件。
7. Solve supplier quality, design and operation method related problems that occur during equipment assembly, testing and at the client's end.
解决机台组装、测试、客户端出现的供应商质量类、设计类、操作方式类问题。
8. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
主管交办的其他工作。
岗位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing or related fields.
机械设计制造或相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历。
2. Familiar with the mechanical properties and chemical composition of common metal and non-metal materials （aluminum alloy, stainless steel, PTFE, quartz, etc.）.
熟悉常用金属&非金属材料（铝合金, 不锈钢、PTFE、石英等）的力学性能和化学成份。
3. Familiar with common machining processes and surface treatment processes.
熟悉常用机加工工艺和表面处理工艺。
4. Proficient in using SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD and other drawing software.
熟练使用SolidWorks、Creo、AutoCAD等制图软件。
5. Familiar with and understand GD&T rules.
熟悉并理解GD&T规则。
6. Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility, good team spirit.
强烈的自我激励意识和责任感，良好的团队合作精神。
7. Language skills: Good English reading and writing skills.
语言能力：良好的英语读、写能力。
