What we need you to do:
Design and build in-house electrolyzer test stand systems in close collaboration with scientists and engineers；
Lead the procurement of commercial test stands, ensuring timely delivery, proper installation, and reliable operation；
Implement safety measures for hydrogen production, storage, and use, including related monitoring and protection systems；
Provide technical guidance to junior test engineers on test stand operation, maintenance, and data acquisition；
Troubleshoot test stand failures, identify root causes, and develop effective repair and improvement plans；
Collaborate with electrolyzer development teams on electrochemical data analysis, test reporting, and technical feedback；
What we expect from you:
Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline；
Good knowledge of chemical unit operations, equipment selection, and relevant simulation software；
Strong interest in the energy, fuel, and sustainability industries； internship experience in large-scale chemical engineering companies is a plus；
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and work effectively in a bilingual environment；
Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both spoken and written, for daily work and technical documentation；
