What will you do if join us?
Analyze markets, industries, and competitors.
Analyze business challenges regarding strategy, portfolio, operations, digitalization, etc.
Conduct client interviews and prepare workshops.
Develop suggestions to tackle identified challenges.
Support the development of top management presentations.
Focus on topics related to the globalization, digitization and sustainability of the manufacturing industry.
Who are we looking for?
Excellent university degree, preferably in data science, engineering, natural science or business
Ability to handle pressure and possess skills for rapid learning and effective communication.
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
Keen interest in working in an entrepreneurial and international business environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and business-fluent Chinese (Mandarin).
Independent and team-oriented work approach.
Mobility and flexibility.
Knowledge of AI and proficiency in AI tools is a plus.
Relevant practical experience in a consulting firm or industrial company is a plus.
