What the role is?
Support the design, implementation, and review of distribution compensation frameworks, policies, and governance standards.
Maintain monitoring, control, and exception reporting processes for variable compensation arrangements.
Analyse compensation performance, budget trends, and sales productivity to provide management insights and improvement recommendations.
Conduct market and competitor research to support compensation strategy and initiative development.
Support system and process enhancements, including requirements definition, testing, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.
What are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in compensation, payout operations, sales promotion, campaign management, or distribution management; agency channel experience preferred.
Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
Good business analysis, project coordination, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Adaptable, technology-minded, and proactive in improving processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
