岗位职责
1、Proficient in standardized operations, able to coordinate resources to resolve complex issues.
2、Skilled in server maintenance: independently analyze and locate faulty components, replace common server parts, and perform firmware refresh or upgrades.
3、Familiar with Linux systems, common commands, and server BIOS/BMC configuration.
4、Knowledgeable in network equipment, configurations, and operations; capable of troubleshooting and restoring common network issues.
5、Able to independently complete relatively complex assigned tasks.
6、Strong communication, coordination, and management skills, with practical problem-solving ability.
7、Adheres to a “customer first” service philosophy, with strong risk identification and judgment for stable on-site management and execution.
8、Detail-oriented, upholding high standards, strictly following processes, and meeting on-site work requirements and regulations.
9、Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of data collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
Experienced in full-cycle asset management: identification, inventory risk assessment, demand forecasting, procurement, warehousing, allocation, and disposal across data center assets.
9、Knowledgeable in warehouse management standards, ensuring compliance with 5S principles, logical/physical consistency, and efficient access.
10、Capable of handling emergencies during operations, prioritizing rapid service recovery and minimizing company losses.
11、Holds relevant educational background or professional certifications.
岗位要求
1、Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
2、Fresh graduate are welcome. Minimum 1 year of IDC operations experience in a large-scale data center or internet company.
3、Core Skill:
a、Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, and routing/switching fundamentals; able to perform cabling, testing, and basic switch port configuration.
b、Cabling Management: Proficient in data center cabling standards (e.g., TIA-942, GB-50311); able to perform structured patching, cable management, and labeling.
c、Safety Awareness: Strong sense of responsibility and safety; strictly adheres to physical, electrical, and operational safety protocols.
d、Troubleshooting: Excellent fault diagnosis and resolution skills; able to remain calm under pressure, think logically, and resolve issues quickly.
e、 Teamwork & Communication: Effective communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors; strong service orientation.
f、Attention to Detail: Rigorous and meticulous, strictly following SOPs to prevent misoperations.
