岗位职责
1. Responsible for HR operations for overseas local employees and China-based expatriates, including cross-border mobility, personnel file management, implementation of non-cash benefits, and vendor management.
2. Interpret, design, and implement HR operational processes in compliance with local labor laws and group standards (e.g. employee lifecycle management from onboarding, employment to offboarding); conduct regular process audits and efficiency analyses to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
3. Lead overseas local HR operations projects, develop standardized toolkits, and continuously enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
4. Maintain HR system data accuracy and integrity; support overseas HR module requirement analysis and system testing, and provide local data insights to headquarters.
岗位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
2. Proficiency in English and German as working languages for cross-functional collaboration and communication with headquarters and local stakeholders.
3. Proven experience in HR operations; experience in building HR frameworks or leading HR-related projects is a plus.
4. Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulations; experience in participating in or supporting labor disputes or HR compliance audits is a plus.
5. Strong experience working in multicultural environments, with excellent communication skills, structured thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward.
