Technical Service Engineer

岗位职责
Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues related to DC and AC coupled systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Perform hardware and software diagnostics to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
On-Site Support:
Travel within the designated territory to conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements.
Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance:
Apply all necessary safety procedures and adhere to industry standards during troubleshooting, repairs, and customer interactions.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
Work closely with R&D teams to refine troubleshooting techniques and enhance system performance.
Develop and implement new procedures to streamline workflows and improve departmental efficiency.
Customer Engagement:
Communicate effectively with customers and installers, providing clear updates and technical guidance.
Foster strong customer relationships by delivering professional and reliable service.
Documentation and Training:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Mentor Tier 1 support staff and contribute to onboarding and training programs for new team members.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting, communication, and data analysis.

岗位要求
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience working with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Proven expertise in DC and AC coupled systems troubleshooting.
Knowledge of or certification in FranklinWH, Enphase, and Tesla systems is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of NEC codebook standards and their applications.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new procedures to optimize team performance.
Thorough knowledge and application of safety procedures and protocols.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and perform under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual (English) is preferred.
