海外财务管培生 Overseas Finance Management Trainee

岗位职责：

1、负责海外子公司或海外项目的财务核算，国际财务报表报表编制，协助完成准则转换及财务分析工作；

2、协助处理海外业务的税务筹划、税务申报及国际税务合规事务；

3、参与海外项目的预算编制、预算执行监控及成本控制；

4、协助资金管理部海外业务相关的资金管理、跨境支付及外汇风险管理；

5、与海外合作伙伴、审计机构及当地政府部门进行有效的财务沟通与协调；

6、完成领导交办的其他海外财务相关工作。

任职要求：

1、统招2027届本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业背景；

2、具备扎实的财务专业基础，通过CPA、ACCA等国际财务认证考试者优先；

3、英语听说读写流利（CET-6及以上），能够适应全英文工作环境，有海外留学或交换经历者优先；

4、性格外向开朗，具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力，善于与不同国家和地区的合作伙伴建立良好关系；

5、社团活动经验丰富，曾担任学生会、社团、班级等组织的主要干部，具备丰富的活动策划和组织协调经验；

6、主观能动性强，具备较强的独立思考能力和问题解决能力，善于主动发现问题并推动问题解决；

7、具备良好的团队协作精神，能够在多元化团队中高效工作；

8、能承受海外出差或外派工作压力，责任心强，有较强的敬业精神和事业心

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle financial accounting for overseas subsidiaries and projects, prepare international financial statements, and assist in accounting standard conversion and financial analysis.

2. Assist in tax planning, tax filing and international tax compliance for overseas businesses.

3. Participate in budget drafting, budget monitoring and cost control for overseas projects.

4. Support the fund management team in overseas fund operation, cross-border payment and foreign exchange risk control.

5. Communicate and coordinate financial matters with overseas partners, audit institutions and local government departments.

6. Complete other overseas finance-related tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Finance, Accounting or other related fields.

2. Solid basic financial knowledge. Candidates with CPA, ACCA or other professional finance certificates are preferred.

3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing with CET-6 or above. Able to work in a full English working environment. Overseas study or exchange experience is a plus.

4. Outgoing and open-minded, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with global partners.

5. Experienced in student activities. Candidates who have served as student leaders and have rich experience in event planning and organization are preferred.

6. Self-motivated and independent in thinking and problem-solving, able to actively identify problems and promote solutions.

7. Good team player, capable of working efficiently in a diverse team.

8. Able to work under pressure for overseas business trips and overseas assignments. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication and career ambition.
