试验工程师 Test Engineer

岗位职责：

1、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验策划及执行；

2、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验方案、试验报告编制；

3、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验能力提升方案制定及执行；

4、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验数据归档及分析处理；

5、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验标准的编制。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，机械等相关专业；2年及以上产品试验工作经验；

2、熟练运用Office等办公软件及质量管理工具；

3、责任心强、勇于担当，具备较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力。

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and conduct tests for complete products, components and systems.

2. Compile test schemes and test reports for complete products, components and systems.

3. Formulate and implement improvement plans to upgrade the testing capability of products, components and systems.

4. Archive, analyze and process test data of complete products, components and systems.

5. Establish and compile testing standards for complete products, components and systems.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; at least 2 years of working experience in product testing.

2. Proficient in Office software and common quality management tools.

3. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, with excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills.
