采购工程师 Purchasing Engineer

岗位职责：

1、负责公司生产相关外购物料采购执行，跟进采购订单全流程。

2、对接供应商，确认备货、发货进度，跟进物料到货，保障生产需求。

3、及时处理到货异常、不良品对接，及时反馈问题并配合解决。

4、整理采购台账、统计数据，编制基础采购报表，定期汇报工作。

5、严守公司制度，廉洁从业，维护公司利益，配合完成其他采购相关工作。

岗位要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，供应链相关专业；

2、沟通协调能力强，能高效对接供应商及内部各相关部门。

3、能吃苦耐劳，韧性强、抗压能力好，责任心强，工作认真细致。

4、具备基本的办公软件操作能力，有良好的执行力和协作意识，立即沟通

Job Responsibilities

Complete procurement of outsourced materials for production, and follow up the whole process of purchase orders.

Communicate with suppliers to confirm material preparation and delivery progress, track material arrival to meet production requirements.

Timely handle receiving abnormalities and non-conforming materials, feed back problems and assist in solutions.

Maintain procurement ledgers, analyze statistical data, prepare basic procurement reports and conduct regular work reporting.

Abide by company regulations, maintain professional integrity and corporate interests, and complete other procurement-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain or related disciplines.

Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise efficiently with suppliers and internal departments.

Hard-working, resilient, able to work under pressure, responsible and meticulous.

Proficient in basic office software, good execution and teamwork awareness, able to communicate in a timely manner.
