运营管培生（佛山） Operations Management Trainee (Foshan)

岗位职责：

1、学习并掌握城市环境卫生项目运营全流程，参与日常作业质量巡检与问题整改跟踪，保障项目服务达标。

2、协助项目经理完成人员排班、物资调配、车辆调度等现场管理工作，确保作业资源高效配置。

3、参与项目经营数据整理与分析，为作业模式优化及成本管控提供数据支持。

岗位要求：

1、2027届统招本科及以上学历，专业不限，环境工程、市政工程、园林、交通工程等相关专业优先。

2、吃苦耐劳，能适应项目一线工作环境及全国范围调配。

3、具备良好的沟通协调能力与问题解决意识，有学生干部或社会实践经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities

Learn and master the full operation process of urban environmental sanitation projects. Take part in daily inspection of operation quality and follow up rectification of problems to ensure project service meets standards.

Assist project managers with on-site management including staff scheduling, material allocation and vehicle dispatching to realize efficient deployment of operation resources.

Participate in sorting and analyzing project operation data, and provide data support for operation mode optimization and cost control.

Job Requirements

Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. No major restriction; Environmental Engineering, Municipal Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Traffic Engineering and other related majors are preferred.

Hard-working, able to adapt to frontline working environment at projects and accept nationwide assignment.

Good communication and coordination skills with strong problem-solving awareness. Candidates with experience as student cadres or social practice are preferred.
