标准化工程师 Standardization Engineer

岗位职责：

1、负责产品平台标准化体系建设；

2、参与制定和维护产品模块化设计规范；

3、负责技术标准文档的编制和管理；

4、跟踪行业标准动态，推动企业标准升级。

任职要求：

1、统招2027届硕士及以上学历，机械类或工业工程相关专业；

2、具有严谨的工作态度和良好的文档编写能力；

3、了解标准化或模块化基本理论者优先；

4、具有良好的沟通协调能力。

Job Responsibilities

Build the standardization system for product platforms.

Participate in establishing and maintaining specifications for modular product design.

Compile and manage technical standard documents.

Keep track of updated industry standards and promote the upgrade of enterprise standards.

Job Requirements

Full-time Master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Rigorous working attitude and strong document writing ability.

Basic knowledge of standardization or modularization is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.
