1. Own end-to-end recruiting for required roles across multiple business lines and regions; you'll run searches, not just coordinate them.
2. Build trusted relationships with BU heads, hiring managers and HRBPs through speed, sharp market insight and consistent delivery.
3. Take full ownership of the candidate journey — shaping every touchpoint from initial outreach to a seamless onboarding.
3. Experiment with AI sourcing, screening and assessment tools; help us define the future recruiting stack and operational playbook.
4. Contribute to employer branding initiatives that make us sharper and more visible in the markets we serve.
5. Build scalable recruiting processes and data habits from scratch — designing what you'll eventually lead as the function grows.
任职要求
1. About 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fintech, technology or high-growth environments where speed and quality had to coexist.
2. Applies talent mapping and market intelligence daily to stay ahead of emerging sourcing trends, with genuine enthusiasm for actively shaping how the team and organization evolve.
3. Proven ability to learn, adapt and bounce back fast: you are comfortable with ambiguity, recalibrate quickly and treat feedback as fuel.
4. Early evidence of thinking beyond individual reqs: you've started to see patterns, improve processes, or lift the performance of those around you.
5. Natural comfort with data and AI tools: you don't just use metrics; you let them guide your decisions and are curious about what AI can unlock in recruiting.
6. Proficiency in verbal and written English communication is a strong plus.
7. Humble ambition: you outperform but stay coachable. You want a steep growth curve, not just the next title.
