Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Adapt and deploy global G2M strategies for the region, manage regional G2M activities on production and application level

Provide consolidated regional inputs for global product and application roadmaps and offer customer feedback

Gather, analyze, and provide market, customer, and competitor insights from a regional perspective to support focus areas

Capture and consolidate regional application and product requirements, including scouting for emerging applications, use cases, and supporting the development of new products

Lead discussions about global application and product roadmaps in the region and ensure design-wins together with Sales, FAEs

Develop and monitor regional forecasts and ensure financial performance meets expectations

Contribute significantly to allocation decisions and ensuring commercial synchronization across different departments

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.

Sales & Marketing experience in power electronics or semiconductor related field.

Strategic thinking, openness, learning agility

Proactive to work with internal & external team to synergize the result and drive segment growth.

Excellent presentation & communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure.

Energetic, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented with global mindset.

Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese.
