主要职责
HR数据分析及可视化
收集、整理和维护及治理人力资源相关数据；
使用Excel和Power BI制作和优化HR仪表盘；
根据业务需求开发可视化分析报表，提升数据洞察效率。
HR数字化项目
支持HR数字化及自动化项目实施；
协助优化HR数据管理流程；
探索AI及数字化工具在人力资源领域的创新应用。
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上在校学生，专业不限，以下专业优先：
人力资源管理
统计学
数学
数据科学与大数据技术
信息管理与信息系统
工业工程
商业分析
技能要求
必备：
熟练使用Excel
良好的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度
熟练使用PowerPoint
优先：
Power BI
Power Query
SQL基础
Python基础
数据可视化项目经验
个人特质
对人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣；
学习能力强，善于分析和解决问题；
责任心强，工作细致认真；
