Job description:
Responsible for Mobility Electronics - CN plant Days Inventory on Hand (DIO) controlling, inventory forecasting, and business planning.
Drive inventory optimization through monthly performance monitoring, gap analysis, forecasting, and target deployment.
Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to identify inventory risks and opportunities, ensure data and reporting accuracy, and achieve inventory targets.
Continuously support inventory reduction initiatives and improve inventory transparency across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead DIO (Days Inventory on Hand) controlling and inventory performance management through KPI monitoring, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Develop inventory forecasts and support quarterly forecasts (CF), annual Business Plan (BP) and inventory target setting processes.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives by identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions to achieve inventory targets.
• Monitor inventory health across Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), Work in Process (WIP), HIBE and Goods in Transit (GIT), and provide timely analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare inventory analysis, management reports and business reviews to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain inventory reporting tools, databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, transparency and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Plant departments and Central teams to drive inventory improvement initiatives and achieve DIO targets.
Requirement:
>5 years of experience in logistics planning in the automotive industry, bachelor's degree and above.
