Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured rotations across Front, Middle and Back Office functions.

Collaborate with teams to support daily operations, client interactions, and strategic initiatives.

Preparing presentations, proposals, and market research.

Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency projects.

Work closely with internal departments, including dealing, settlement, compliance, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience, and effective problem resolution in transactions, systems, and account opening issues.

Facilitate trade finance transactions and collaborate with other teams to enhance service quality in order to enhance client satisfaction.

Provide additional support to the team as when required.

The Candidates

Class of 2026 Undergraduates and postgraduates in Finance, Computer Science, Business or related majors; with no more than 1 years of working experience (Jul 2026– Dec 2026)

Good language skills (English, Cantonese; Mandarin), other language is a plus.

Strong leadership, analytical, and presentation skills

Interested in striving for innovation

Agile and passionate

Open-minded and creative

Independent critical thinking

Flexible in taking up China and/or international posting

Hong Kong Permanent resident/IANG/ TPPS visa holders welcome, working visa may sponsor based on candidates background
