In this position, you will build up reliable OEMs for Apple to achieve business goals and strengthen our supply chain flexibility and capability. You are accountable for sustaining product supply from launch to end of production, and an important bridge between technical and supply chain team in order to establish the path from request to delivery

职位描述
- A site lead to be responsible for the overall CM performance, continuously strengthen influence to CM for building up more capable and flexible Apple supply chain

- Drive factory daily IO, quality on hold, new site bring up, attainment etc. operation tasks in order to safe product delivery in right quantity and quality

- Determine factory short term and long term capacity plan for Apple business goals

- On Behalf of Apple escalation point for both Apple and CM team, lead factory daily routines including factory resources planning, administrative, working hour management, security, etc

- Leads different aspects of program readiness for new product launch

最低任职要求
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience or above, major in business, logistics, trading, electrical engineering or allied technical subject

Proven experience in manufacturing industry or related areas with managing operation background, collaborate with or manages cross functional teams

English & Mandarin proficiency

Take the lead to facilitate the communication and coordination on cross functional issue and business
