岗位描述
工作内容
• Develop a technology and intellectual property (IP) strategy for active ingredients (AIs) manufactured by external partners, establishing targets and resource requirements to meet Global Supply needs — covering lifecycle management of existing AIs and selected new technology development.
• Act as the global Active Ingredient Technology Lead (AITL) for assigned active ingredients. This means to establish and maintain technology ownership by ensuring that key technical knowledge for outsourced products and intermediates is captured, documented and archived to enable further innovation, development or relocation.
• Collaborate closely with Technology & Sourcing and Procurement groups to align technical strategy with commercial priorities and support sourcing decisions.
• Lead technology transfer of manufacturing processes to third parties (outsourcing); coordinate technical support to sourcing projects (new raw materials, intermediates).
• Identify and evaluate areas for process improvement in existing AI manufacture to reduce costs, improve quality and process reliability, and develop capacity and flexibility in line with Supply Chain strategies.
• Work closely with Process Technology New Active Ingredients (PTNAI) and Process Technology Active Ingredients (PTAI) teams globally to access laboratory resources, specialist expertise, and new technologies, including Process Hazard Studies (PHS), Process Analytical Technology (PAT), Continuous Process Technologies and Digital Tools.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary teamwork, collaboration, and networking within the wider global Process Technology (PT) community.
• Demonstrate and promote a culture of continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Quality across laboratory and manufacturing processes, in accordance with Syngenta HSE and Quality policies.
