岗位职责
- Monitor and analyse macroeconomic research and FX market views, and contribute to weekly and monthly market updates.
- 跟踪并分析宏观研究及外汇市场观点，协助更新市场周报、月报观点。
- Prepare and update client pitchbooks and marketing materials for FX and structured products, and assist in developing investment ideas based on market conditions.
- 制作并更新外汇及结构性产品的客户推介材料，结合市场情况协助整理投资建议。
- Assist in identifying and analysing corporate and institutional clients' needs in FX risk management, cash management and yield enhancement.
- 协助识别和分析企业及机构客户在汇率风险管理、现金管理和收益增强方面的需求。
- Assist with client documentation, KYC processes, and the collection and maintenance of trade-related data, as well as ad-hoc research and projects.
- 协助整理客户资料、开展客户尽职调查（KYC），收集和维护交易相关数据，并支持专题研究及临时项目。
- Assist in coordinating with trading, structuring, risk, legal, compliance and operations teams to support client requests and daily workflows.
- 协助与交易、产品结构设计、风险、法律、合规及运营团队沟通协调，支持客户需求和日常业务开展。
岗位要求

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above. Knowledge of or internship experience in FX or fixed income is preferred.
- 本科及以上学历在读，具备外汇或固定收益相关知识或实习经历者优先。
- Be detail-oriented, diligent and responsible, with strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills.
- 工作细致、踏实负责，具备良好的沟通、跨部门协调及多任务处理能力。
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
- Be proficient in Office software. Familiarity with Bloomberg is preferred.
- 熟练使用常用办公软件，熟悉Bloomberg者优先。
- Be available to work 3-5 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
- 每周出勤3–5天，实习期不少于3个月。
