岗位职责
1、根据公司采购需求，统筹负责工厂成套设备的采购全流程工作。
2、具备扎实的成本分析能力，熟悉行业供应商分布格局、供货能力及市场资源情况。
3、梳理各类设备采购业务类型，结合业务需求制定适配的采购策略与目标成本方案，实现精细化成本管控。
4、熟练掌握设备采购流程，独立开展招投标、比价议价工作，负责采购合同的谈判、拟定、内部评审组织，对接供应商完成合同沟通、落地执行及全周期管理。
5、持续挖掘、开发优质新供应商资源，完善供应商体系，助力MRO采购成本持续优化与压降。
6、复盘采购全流程痛点，推动采购流程迭代改善与优化，有效提升采购团队整体工作效率。
7、严格落实部门各项工作计划与工作指标，全程跟进执行过程，保障各项工作落地见效。
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the whole procurement process of factory complete equipment according to the company's procurement needs.
2. Demonstrate professional cost analysis capabilities and grasp the industry supplier distribution, supply capacity and market resource information.
3. Sort out various types of equipment procurement businesses, formulate targeted procurement strategies and target cost plans based on business requirements to realize refined cost control.
4. Be proficient in equipment procurement procedures, independently complete bidding and price comparison & negotiation work, take charge of procurement contract negotiation, drafting and internal review organization, conduct contract communication and full-cycle management with suppliers, and ensure smooth contract implementation.
5. Continuously explore and develop high-quality new supplier resources, improve the supplier system, and support the continuous optimization and reduction of MRO procurement costs.
6. Sort out pain points in the whole procurement process, drive iterative improvement and optimization of procurement workflows, and effectively improve the overall work efficiency of the procurement team.
7. Strictly implement all work plans and indicators of the department, follow up the implementation process in full, and ensure the effective implementation of all work.

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限。
2、具备3-5年半导体封装设备或电子制造业设备采购相关工作经验。
3、熟悉设备采购全流程，精通自动化设备性能参数、供应渠道及市场行情，拥有光通信、半导体行业从业经验者优先。
4、工作责任心强，坚守职业底线，具备良好的职业道德与职业操守。
5、具备优秀的跨部门沟通、统筹协调及问题解决能力，协作意识良好。
6、熟练运用Office办公软件及ERP系统，能够高效完成日常采购数据处理与流程办公工作。
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with no major restrictions.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in equipment procurement for semiconductor packaging or electronic manufacturing industry.
3. Familiar with the entire equipment procurement process, proficient in performance parameters, supply channels and market trends of automated equipment; candidates with working experience in optical communication and semiconductor industries are preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, with good professional ethics and integrity.
5. Excellent cross-departmental communication, overall coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Proficient in Office software and ERP systems, capable of efficiently completing daily procurement data processing and office work.
