商品分析

岗位职责
- 抓取整理美洲市场一手业务数据，涵盖商品销售表现、消费者行为，完成基础数据清洗与整合；
- 开展商品维度专题数据分析，挖掘品类、SKU、价格带、用户偏好洞察，输出业务分析简报；
- 向运营、营销、商品团队提供数据驱动的落地建议，辅助选品、补货、定价、营销投放等商品相关决策；
- 维护商品核心指标数据看板，持续跟踪品类、爆款、新品的业绩波动，及时识别异常信号；
- 沉淀商品分析方法论，复盘新品上市、大促活动的商品表现，持续优化分析框架，赋能业务迭代。

- Collect and consolidate first‑hand Americas market data, including merchandise sales performance, consumer behavior; complete data cleaning and integration.
- Conduct merchandise‑oriented ad‑hoc data analysis, extract insights on categories, SKUs, price bands & user preferences, and deliver business analysis briefs.
- Provide data‑driven actionable recommendations to operation, marketing and merchandise teams to support decisions on product selection, replenishment, pricing and campaign investment.
- Maintain merchandise KPI dashboards, continuously monitor performance fluctuation of categories, best‑sellers and new arrivals, and flag business anomalies timely.
- Build up merchandise analysis methodology, review product performance for new launches & promotional events, iterate analytical frameworks to empower business growth.

岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，统计学、数据科学、商科、供应链、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 熟练使用 Excel 进行数据透视、函数分析；掌握 SQL / Python 优先，具备扎实的基础数据分析思维；
- 对海外消费市场、潮玩 / 收藏玩具赛道抱有浓厚兴趣，对商品、品类逻辑有感知；
- 逻辑思维清晰，能够从海量数据中提炼可落地的业务观点，不局限于单纯的数据罗列；
- 英文听说读写良好，可独立阅读英文原始业务资料、海外消费者评论与行业报告；
- 主动性强，善于跨团队沟通，愿意快速学习业务，能够接受多模块轮岗历练。

- Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related fields are preferred.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, advanced functions); SQL / Python skill is a plus with solid fundamental analytical thinking.
- Strong interest in overseas consumer market and trendy collectible toy industry, with basic awareness of merchandise & category logic.
- Sharp logical thinking; capable of extracting actionable business insights from raw data instead of only listing figures.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, listening & speaking), able to read original English business materials, consumer reviews and industry reports independently.
- Self‑driven, good cross‑team communication, eager for fast‑paced business learning and rotational exposure.
