岗位职责
1. 主导开展国际海上风电工程运维技术跟踪，开展竞争力分析，参与国际海上工程服务领域技术发展规划。
Lead the tracking of international offshore wind power engineering and O&M technologies, conduct competitiveness analyses, and participate in the development of technical strategies for the international offshore engineering service sector.
2. 协助销售开展国际海上机组的市场宣传、商机跟踪、工程运维技术交流和工程运维技术尽调等前期市场活动
Support sales in pre-sales activities including international offshore unit market promotion, opportunity tracking, Construction/O&M technical exchanges, and Construction/O&M technical due diligence.
3. 主导海上项目工程运维技术相关解决方案设计制定，支持项目建设以及运维服务报价的成本测算、交付计划编制以及合同技术风险把控等。
Spearhead the design and development of Construction/O&M technical solutions for offshore projects; support cost estimation for construction/O&M service, delivery planning, and technical risk control in contracts for offshore wind projects.
4. 主导国际海上机型服务域代表相关工作，开展设计需求搜集分析及导入，组织服务域相关产品开发设计及成本评估工作开展，编制定制化技术文件和手册，把控进度、接口及技术方案竞争力；
Act as core representative, participate the WTG development: collect, analyze, and integrate design requirements; organize product development design and cost evaluation in Construction/O&M service parts; prepare the customized technical documents and manuals; responsible for schedule alignment, interface management, and solution competitiveness.
5. 作为技术专家参与国际海上项目建设、运维指导及相关技术评审，编制项目建设所需的定制化技术文件及清单，组织及推动项目施工建设及运维服务期间重大专项技术问题解决。
Serve as a technical expert, participate in international offshore project construction/O&M guidance and technical reviews; develop tailored technical documents and lists for project needs; organize solutions for critical technical issues during construction and O&M.
6. 协同国际各区域中心开展项目建设条件、特殊技术要求、施工及运维资源等调研，开展资源需求和匹配性评估，协助采购开展配套资源开发及能力建设。
Collaborate with international regional centers to investigate project conditions, special technical requirements, construction/O&M resources; assess resource needs and compatibility; assist procurement in resource development and capacity building.
7. 协调资源或自主开展国际海上机组及项目建设运维技术相关的培训与赋能。
Organize or independently develop and deliver technical training for international offshore units and project construction/O&M.
8. 负责对国际海上项目所用的船舶及码头等提供技术支持。
Provide technical support for vessels, ports, and other assets utilized in international offshore projects.
9. 收集沉淀项目历史问题及经验，主导制定国际海上风电工程运维技术相关标准、规范。
Collect and document historical project issues and lessons learned; lead the development of international offshore wind engineering/O&M technical standards and specifications.
岗位要求
1、海上风电或海洋工程行业背景优先
Background in offshore wind power or marine engineering industries is preferred
2、熟悉风力发电行业的发展和竞争对手的现状，具备市场分析能力
Familiarity with the wind power industry and competitor's development landscape and market analysis capability.
3、精通海上风电及海洋工程相关标准与分析方法，具备独立或组织团队完成海上风电重大项目工程及运维工艺开发的能力与实施经验
Proficiency in offshore wind/marine engineering standards and analytical methodologies, able to lead a team in developing engineering and O&M solutions for offshore wind projects
4、精通风机机械及海工结构分析方法，具备独立或组织团队完成海上风电工程水动力、极限及疲劳分析能力与实践经验
Expertise in wind turbine machinery and marine structural analysis, experience in organizing teams to perform hydrodynamic, ultimate, and fatigue analyses for offshore wind engineering
