Job Description
Design and optimize large-scale routing systems for autonomous vehicles, with a focus on low-latency route planning over massive road graphs and high-volume routing requests.
Build advanced routing capabilities including alternative route generation, dynamic routing, route preference modeling, and real-time route adaptation
Develop scalable graph algorithms, indexing, caching, and search optimization techniques to improve routing latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
Develop ETA and travel-time prediction models using large-scale trajectory, traffic, and map data.
Build scalable data processing and offline evaluation pipelines for routing and ETA.
Apply optimization and machine learning techniques to continuously improve routing quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong C++ / Python programming skills with solid foundations in algorithms and data structures.
Experience with graph algorithms, optimization, routing/navigation, or machine learning.
Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with algorithms such as A*, Contraction Hierarchies, multi-criteria shortest path, or related techniques.
