About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Education & Training Specialist to drive clinical education and professional training programs in the clear aligner industry.
我们正在寻找一位临床教育培训专家，负责隐形正畸领域的医生教育与专业培训项目。

You will work closely with Medical, Product, R&D, and Commercial teams to support clinical excellence and successful product adoption.
您将与医学、产品、研发及商业团队紧密合作，共同推动临床专业能力建设与产品应用落地。

Key Responsibilities
主要职责

Develop clinical training content and educational materials.
开发临床培训课程及教育内容。

Deliver training programs, workshops, and presentations for internal teams and external doctors.
面向内部团队及外部医生开展培训、研讨会及专业宣讲。

Support new product and software launches through clinical training.
通过专业培训支持新产品及软件上市。

Provide clinical insights to optimize treatment protocols and medical rules.
为治疗方案及医疗规则优化提供临床专业支持。

岗位要求
What We're Looking For
我们希望您具备

Experience in the clear aligner industry is required.
具备隐形正畸行业经验。

Dentist or Orthodontist background is required.
具备牙医或正畸医生背景。

Experience in Clinical Support, Clinical Education, or Doctor Training.
具备临床支持、临床教育或医生培训相关经验。

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。

Strong presentation, training, and stakeholder communication skills.
具备优秀的授课、演讲及跨团队沟通能力。

Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
熟练使用PowerPoint和Excel。
