Costing Leader

As a Senior Engineer I, Costing, you ensure accurate cost analysis to support industrialization advancements and optimize global supply chain efficiency. You lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and develop shared improvement roadmaps that support safety, quality, and delivery targets. You challenge and support internal teams in jointly delivering improvements in labor productivity, lead times, organizational efficiency, and on-time delivery. Your mission is to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across the organization through innovative engineering solutions and data-driven decision-making. Your impact is reflected in improved cost structures, enhanced supply chain performance, and increased operational efficiency—contributing to the company’s overall competitiveness and profitability. You are an individual contributor with specialized knowledge in costing engineering, applying technical expertise to identify issues, conduct research, and develop solutions that address challenges in cost optimization and supply chain performance. You apply broad technical knowledge of costing engineering to deliver results with direct impact on your area of responsibility. You make decisions regarding your work and priorities, often guided by precedent and documented procedures, with room for interpretation. You are responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of other professionals and providing guidance on non-routine or escalated issues. You work independently in adherence to policies, quality and compliance standards while having work reviewed as needed.
