SAP ETO Solution Architect

Job Description:

1. Take charge of SAP PS module for for ETO & Turn-key project solution, participate in KunPeng SAP S/4 migration project, including but not limited to business process and blueprint completion, solution design, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, issue resolution, deployment etc.

2.Deliver other related IT project and CHR on quality/on time/on budget.

3.Provide professional SAP PS module consulting services, optimize business processes and SAP solution improvement according to the company's needs, and ensure the smooth operation of Turn-key & ETO business processes in the SAP & other IT system.

4.Identify, analyze and solve various problems related to the SAP PS module, and provide timely and efficient technical support.

5. Participate in SAP HCM module implementation and support activities when required, including but not limited to requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, issue resolution, and coordination with HR business users and IT teams.

6.Collaborate with cross - functional teams, such as IT, Supply Chain, related BU, Finance, HR, and other business departments, to ensure the effective implementation of SAP - related projects.

7.Communicate effectively with Global team to ensure consistency between the local & global domain.

Job Qualification:

3.Excellent learning ability, be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills related to SAP S/4 HANA, and apply them to practical work.

4.At least 8 years working experience as SAP PS Consultant in Multi-National companies or Consulting firms, with in - depth understanding of discrete manufacturing industry ETO business processes and SAP integration technologies

5.Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA system and relevant scope items, S4 upgrade experience is preferred.

6.Knowledge of SAP HR module and relevant project experience would be a plus.

7.Good communication, strong multi-culture and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with different levels of personnel within the company.

8.Strong business know-how, excellent presentation skill and consultation skill.

9.Bachelor or Master degree is preferred.

10.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
