Plant-based Business Finance role, covering cost control & analysis (OPEX/CAPEX), monthly closing. The role relies on

costing knowledge, hands-on analysis and supporting operations.

? Key Responsibilities｜核心职责

Daily Operation Support｜工厂日常运营的财务支持

Executing and Monitoring SAP COPA closing procedure to meet strict deadlines and fix any problems during the process

Support internal control enhancement

Fix Asset Management enhancement

Scrap monitoring process

Finance Digital Tools coordination

Finance training for non-Finance People

E2E OPEX & CAPEX Control｜费用及资本支出管理

Lead monthly closing (accrual, cut-off, review)

Perform variance analysis and identify key cost drivers

Prepare rolling forecast for OPEX & CAPEX

Project Cost (ETO) & Product Cost analysis｜项目成本及产品成本分析

Monitor project budget and cost in SAP

Acting as business partner to provide professional costing & FP&A support to finance controller and operation team

?Candidate Requirements｜候选人能力

2–3 years costing experience in manufacturing industry

Exposure to cost control, expense management

Strong analytical skills and business partnering mindset

SAP/BW/BI experience and data process ability such as power BI, VBA is a plus
