岗位职责
1. Apply LLM, AI Agents, agentic workflows, data processing products and pipelines, etc. to swiftly and effectively meet the unique demands of biology/lab testing scenarios, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving transformative results.
运用大语言模型、AI智能体、智能体工作流、数据处理产品及管线等，快速高效满足生物学/实验室检测场景的独特需求，提升运营效率并推动变革性成果落地。
2. Integrate domain knowledge, human experience, and business workflows into AI solutions to address real challenges in pharmacology and industry applications related to biology/lab testing.
将领域知识、人类经验与业务工作流融入AI解决方案，解决生物学/实验室检测相关的药理学及产业应用中的实际难题。
3. Work within the setting of biology/lab testing business units to understand their specific needs and provide tailored AI solutions, ensuring practical implementation and tangible results for efficiency improvement and business insights.
深入生物学/实验室检测业务单元场景，了解其具体需求并提供定制化AI解决方案，确保方案落地实施，在效率提升和业务洞察方面取得切实成果。
4. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and continuously improve AI applications to maintain cutting-edge solutions in the biology and testing fields.

5. Process biology and lab testing AI-ready data and engage in basic AI model training to optimize performance and address complex needs with agility.
处理生物学及实验室检测的AI就绪数据，参与基础AI模型训练，优化模型性能，敏捷响应复杂需求。
岗位要求
1. Master/PhD in STEM or related areas (bio engineering, computer science/engineering preferred) with strong hands-on technical and industrial experience in AI or Industry-level projects; expertise in Bio-info/Lab testing/GLP/GMP is preferred.
STEM或相关领域硕士/博士学位（生物工程、计算机科学/工程专业优先），具备丰富的AI或产业级项目实操技术与行业经验；有生物信息学/实验室检测/药物非临床研究质量管理规范/药品生产质量管理规范相关专业知识者优先。
2. Excellent problem formulation and problem solving skills with outstanding communication and teamwork capability, good sense of data and outstanding research capability;
具备出色的问题定义与解决能力，优秀的沟通与团队协作能力，良好的数据敏感度和突出的研究能力；
3. Outstanding programming skills using Python (additional experience in SQL/Java/JS is a plus);
精通Python编程，有SQL/Java/JS经验者优先；
4. Capability of delivering projects/tools using framework such as Dify/Dash/Streamlit/Gradio;
能够使用Dify/Dash/Streamlit/Gradio等框架交付项目/工具；
5. Strong curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, able to work under pressure, willing to learn and integrate cutting edge technology into new specialized fields (Biology/AI/Lab Testing)
好奇心强、求知欲旺盛，能承受工作压力，愿意学习并将前沿技术融入新的专业领域（生物学/AI/实验室检测）；
6. Patient with business processes, capable of rapid project iteration and plan adjustments, and possessing a certain level of resilience;
对业务流程有耐心，能够快速推进项目迭代与方案调整，具备一定的抗压韧性；
7. 985/211 (or equivalent overseas) graduates; Master degree/PhD degree in biomedical engineering, computer science & engineering, computational biology, or other highly related majors
985/211院校（或海外同等院校）毕业；生物医学工程、计算机科学与工程、计算生物学或其他高度相关专业硕士/博士学位；
8. Requirement: 1-year+ experience in AI/ML of biomedical/lab testing related scenarios, Senior: 3-year+ in AI/ML with hands-on experience in biology/lab testing scenarios
基础要求：1年及以上生物医学/实验室检测相关场景的AI/机器学习工作经验；资深岗要求：3年及以上AI/机器学习工作经验，且有生物学/实验室检测场景的实操经验。
