岗位职责
1. 能够与项目经理、科室经理协作，独立保障中心实验室项目的顺畅运行。
Work with PM, SM to ensure the smooth operations of projects in the central laboratory independently.
2. 负责日常样本/室间质评样本的检测工作。
Responsible for daily sample / PTs testing.
3. 撰写方案及/或报告。
Writing plans and/or reports.
4. 遵循CAP、CLIA、GLP相关法规，制定/更新标准操作规程（SOP）。
Create/update SOPs following the CAP, CLIA, GLP regulations.
5. 负责设备的运行与维护，或对接仪器本地工程师处理相关问题。
Operation and maintenance of equipment or contact with local engineer of instrument.
6. 审核患者报告、实验室日志维护记录、试剂记录及质量控制记录。
Review patient reports, logbook maintenance record, reagent record, and QC record.
7. 向中心实验室科室主任汇报工作。
Report to the Section Director of Central Laboratory.
岗位要求
1. 医学检验师需具备临床检验医学专业本科及以上学历，持有临床医学检验技术初级及以上资格证书。
Medical Laboratory Technologist is required to have a bachelor’s degree or above in Clinical Laboratory Medicine Science, and holds a Primary Certificate of Clinical Medical Laboratory Technology or higher.
2. 具有8年以上临床实验室工作经验，熟练掌握生化、免疫及血液学检测操作，具备丰富的血尿常规检测经验及形态学镜检经验；有自身免疫检测及染色体核型分析经验者优先。
At least 8 years’ clinical laboratory working experience, be proficient in the operation of biochemical, immunological and hematological tests, has extensive experience in routine blood and urine testing as well as microscopic examination experience in morphology. Experience in autoimmune testing and karyotyping is preferred.
3. 工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力。
Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and communication skills.
4. 熟悉Office、Excel等办公软件操作。
Familiar with Office, Excel and other Office software.
5. 英语能力：读写熟练。
English: Proficient in reading and writing.
