工作职责:
●Own content campaigns, UGC initiatives and creator activation programs across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
●Develop and operate local social and community channels, including Instagram, Threads and interest-based communities.
●Plan and execute integrated online and offline initiatives across campus, ACG, gaming, Beyblade/Gear Sport and creator communities.
●Work closely with Creator Growth teams to connect creators, content, livestreaming, events and communities.
●Manage end-to-end event execution, partner coordination, creator activation and post-event content amplification.
●Drive measurable growth in UGC, video views, watch time, new users and retention.
●Build repeatable growth playbooks and showcase cases based on campaign and community performance.
工作要求:
●3+ years of experience in content, community, event or platform operations.
●Strong understanding of Hong Kong and/or Taiwan digital culture, especially ACG, gaming and youth communities.
●Proven experience managing both online campaigns and offline activations.
●Strong execution and cross-functional project management skills.
●Strong understanding of creator/content ecosystems and community growth.
●Experience with Bilibili, YouTube, Instagram, Threads or similar content platforms is preferred.
