Manager Site Procurement Direct Material
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
To manage and drive value add improvement for procurement of Wuxisite Backend materials, including material localizations projects with cross functional team.
Executes procurement strategies to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of backend and frame power module materials in Wuxi.
Manage delivery escalations to to ensure the direct material supply chain.
Enforcement of purchasing control via implementation of all relevant purchasing processes and methods within Infineon.
Supplier sourcing, qualification and evaluation according to established supplier management process for defined local managed categories
Drive strategic supplier management program through implementation of Vendor Performance Review towards achieving overall target for Quality, Cost and Delivery.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Degree/Master in Business Admin (BA), Economics or Engineering with good BA knowledge and experience.
Good knowledge of purchasing/business administration/planning processes, tools and methods.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills is a prerequisite.
Cross functional team experience preferred
Operation knowledge on material order process, vendor portfolio management, payment terms, in coterm
Sourcing: New product and supplier sourcing, alternate source, change management
Supplier Management: Supplier Qualification & Improvement, Supplier Evaluation, supplier audit and vendor performance review, etc.
Contract Management: New contract creation, alignment, maintenance and obsoletion.
Methods and Tools: SAP MM, SAP mybuy, Supplier Strategy, Negotiation, etc.
