工作内容
-负责POLY工序中设备的安全高效运行。职责包括监控机器性能、处理返工片、保持质量标准、管理工作区域的清洁，并反馈异常或安全问题。
- Complete daily production tasks as assigned and ensure timely and accurate output.
- 按分配完成每日生产任务，确保及时准确的产出。
- Monitor machine operation and promptly report any abnormalities or malfunctions.
- 监控机器运行，及时报告任何异常或故障。
- Follow standard operating procedures for safety and quality.
- 遵循安全和质量的标准操作程序。
- Participate in daily shift handovers, arriving 5 minutes before the shift starts.
- 参与每日交接班，提前5分钟到达工作现场。
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned work area.
- 保持指定工作区域的清洁卫生。
- Wear required PPE, including gloves, and change them per schedule (every 2 hours).
- 佩戴规定的个人防护装备，包括手套，并按规定时间（每两小时）更换。
- Dispose of packaging materials and waste in designated areas at the end of each shift.
- 每班结束时将包装材料和废物处理至指定区域。
-Record the output and defective product data of each machine operation shift.
- 每班结束操作机台产量和不良品记录。
- Rotate through assigned workstations (Unpacking, Loading, Downstream Handling).
- 轮换指定的工作站（自动化上下料处理、石墨舟上下线处理）
任职条件
-具备数据收集和材料盘点能力。工作细致，有强烈的责任感。能够在团队环境中有效工作，并服从上级指示。
-每 12 小时轮班有三次预定休息时间，总计至少 60 分钟。例如：两次 15 分钟休息和一次30 分钟无薪休息。
-优先考虑有自动化或半自动化制造环境经验者
-因签证要求请统招大专学历及以上投递，英语不是必备项，可以大胆投！
