岗位职责
1. Oversee CRM operational execution, including member coupon configuration, engagement setup, and agency management. Ensure operational accuracy and execution excellence.
2. Lead end-to-end member engagement campaigns, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and optimization. Work closely with IT and Digital Product teams to continuously improve CRM capabilities and customer experience.
3. Lead member club operation in omni-channel, including engagement initiatives, content concept development, banner management, and communication optimization to enhance member experience and engagement.
4. Manage member partnership projects with external brands and platforms. Coordinate stakeholders, monitor project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
5. Collaborate with IT, Data, and Product teams to define business requirements and support CRM system enhancements, automation, and capability development.
岗位要求
▪ 5+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, member operations, digital marketing, or related fields.
▪ Solid understanding of customer engagement, CRM operation, and digital marketing with strong marketing sense and customer-centric mindset.
▪ Proven experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
▪ Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with IT, Product, Data teams, external partners, and agencies.
▪ Strong attention to detail, execution excellence, and problem-solving skills.
▪ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Japanese is a plus.
