1、协助起草并执行物料团队的相关SOP。 Assist in drafting and implementing SOPs related to the materials team
2、掌握仓库物料接收、储存、发放、第三方仓库业务等模块勾选的相关操作步骤和GMP要求，确保库存物料领用管理的安全。 Master the operational steps and GMP requirements related to receiving, storing, issuing third-party warehouse business and other modules ticked in the warehouse to ensure the safety of inventory material receiving management.
3、确保职责范围内的记录准确、完整并符合GMP规范要求。 Ensure that records within the scope of responsibility are accurate, complete and in compliance with GMP specifications.
4、确保仓库物料账务一致，接收、发货的物料及时准确，保证盘点工作准确。 Ensure that
the warehouse material accounts are consistent, that the materials received and issued are timely and accurate, and that the inventory is accurate.
5、协助主管对仓库发生的偏差事件进行调查处理，协助实施指定的CAPA措施。 Assist supervisors in the investigation and handling of deviations that occur in the warehouse and assist in the implementation of CAPA measures developed.
6、完成主管临时安排的其他工作。 Complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
7、物料称量和发货的计划安排，物料发货相关单据的制备。 Scheduling of material weighing and delivery,
preparation of documents related to material delivery.
8、仓库盘点工作的安排。 Arrangement of inventory in warehouse.
9、日程工作数据的整理和分析。 Routine work data collation and analysis.
10、审计陪同及审计相关数据的提供。 Audit accompanying and related work.
