Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide professional responses to securities inquiries. Assist with account opening, fund transfers, and app operation guidance.
Accurately answer questions regarding account status and product features; handle complaints in accordance with standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
Identify client profiles and investment needs to effectively communicate the value of Futu’s products, building trust and brand awareness.
Assist the Branch Manager with daily store tasks, including materials management, environment upkeep, data reporting, and compliance documentation.
Strictly adhere to SFC regulations and company compliance protocols; ensure the security of client information and standardization of service processes.
Requirements:
Associate degree or above in a finance-related field, or prior experience in Securities/Banking/Insurance
At least 2 years relevant work experience in securities firms / banking / marketing industry
Passionate about the financial industry; possesses stock investment experience and a structured investment logic to understand client needs.
Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluent English is a plus for serving a broader client base.
Professional appearance, approachable communication style, strong service orientation, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork.
Must hold (or obtain before probation) SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 Licence.
Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
