Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Accountabilities
To execute traffic-related processes and achieve the defined KPI targets by:
collaborating with concerned stakeholders for cargo prospect, optimal loading per business priorities, and contingency planning for service recovery.
monitoring potential and actual idling, loading risks, and opportunities through systems and analytic tools, and taking prompt actions.
timely updating the respective systems and reports according to defined accountability, processes, and timelines.
To coordinate with concerned traffic teams for optimal coastal top-up opportunities.
To contribute to traffic management-related digital transformation projects.
Requirements
University graduate in Business, Shipping & Logistics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the container shipping industry.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure, possess business sense and being team-oriented.
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Applications. Proficiency in Analytical Tools (Spotfire, Tableau) is a plus.
