AI Platform & Solution Delivery Lead

The AI Platform & Solution Delivery Lead will lead the business-facing design and delivery of the Group's AI solution portfolio, converting prioritised Business Unit needs into secure, practical and reusable solutions. The role will work with Business Unit sponsors, process owners and users to redesign workflows, define requirements, coordinate pilots and manage delivery through adoption and operational handover. The role will work closely with the Enterprise AI Architect and Group IT teams for architecture, platforms, integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, testing, production release and ongoing support. The position sits in the designated non-IT AI function and acts as the bridge between business outcomes and technical delivery rather than a separate IT design authority.

• Work with Business Unit sponsors, process owners and users to understand pain points, business rules and workflow improvement opportunities.

• Turn business needs into clear solution briefs, process designs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and expected business benefits.

• Assess solution options with Group IT and delivery partners, balancing reuse, feasibility, data readiness, integration, security, cost and user experience.

• Define MVPs and phased roadmaps that deliver visible business value while managing delivery and operational risks.

• Coordinate delivery from discovery and design through build, testing, pilot, release, hypercare and handover to business-as-usual support.

• Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, change requests, budgets and vendor deliverables, with clear updates to sponsors and management.

• Ensure Business Units assign accountable owners and provide the right subject-matter experts for design, validation, user acceptance and readiness.

• Work with the Enterprise AI Architect and Group IT to apply approved architectures, platforms, reusable components, integration patterns and technical guardrails.

• Set clear quality standards for functionality, reliability, performance, security, privacy, accessibility, auditability and supportability.

• Run controlled pilots, review evidence and recommend whether each solution should stop, be refined, go live, scale up or be retired.

• Education and Experience:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital solution delivery, product management, business analysis, solution architecture or enterprise applications, including recent AI or intelligent automation delivery exposure.

• Proven hands-on experience delivering cross-functional solutions from discovery and process design through production release and operational support.

• Experience managing technology vendors and senior stakeholders in a sizeable, multi-Business Unit organisation; real estate, hospitality or property-related experience is an advantage.

• Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Practical knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, APIs, data integration, cloud services and enterprise application delivery.

• Good understanding of enterprise architecture, identity and access management, cybersecurity, privacy, testing, monitoring, service management and software lifecycle controls.

• Experience facilitating process discovery, preparing business and functional requirements, managing product backlogs and defining clear acceptance criteria.

• Experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric or comparable enterprise technology is desirable.

• Ability to understand technical designs and constraints while keeping Business Unit outcomes, user experience and process ownership at the centre of delivery.

• Experience managing solution partners, commercial deliverables, technical dependencies and knowledge transfer.

• A good technical background across various AI platforms, models and supporting technologies would be helpful.

• Certifications and Skills:

• Professional certification in AI solution implementation, product management, business analysis, cloud, architecture or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong product thinking, business process analysis, delivery leadership and structured problem-solving skills.

• Able to remain hands-on when required and drive complex issues through to practical resolution.

• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive, pragmatic and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on secure, reusable and supportable outcomes.

• Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, business users and technical teams.
