Help define and communicate the strategic vision for data architecture, considering data governance, data integration, data modelling, and data management. Ensure that the design approaches align with this vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, translate them into actionable data architecture designs, and influence the development of data solutions. Ensure data integrity and security by establishing data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data protection measures. Drive the adoption of data best practices, data standards, and data management processes across the team. Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Stay up to date with emerging data technologies, trends, and industry developments. Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance data architecture capabilities. Data Warehousing & ETL:Knowledge of data warehouse design. Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and data integration. Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Kafka, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
