Relevant qualifications and over 6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions; Broad knowledge of universal banking model, with preference in corporate banking, investment banking and wealth management; Strong data analytics and interpretation capabilities, and proficient in various MS office applications (ppt, excel etc.); Fluent in English and Chinese speaking, and professional English writing; Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to engage internal and external business stakeholders; Experience in complex stakeholder management across organization is preferred - influencing, negotiating and partnering.
