Technical Delivery: Build and deliver high-quality big data pipelines to drive business value. Technical Expertise: Solve complex technical challenges, optimize product performance, and ensure scalability. Quality Control: Ensure data pipelines and systems meet quality standards and implement robust testing processes. Process Improvement: Continuously refine procedures and systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that align with organizational goals. At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis Proven hands-on experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark). Knowledge of banking data domain, especially on core banking systems and corporate/Institutional sectors. Familiar with Python, Scala or Java programming language. Demonstrated success in delivering complex enterprise-level Big data projects. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a structured and analytical approach to challenges. Passion for technology, with a proactive approach to learning and innovation. Ability to balance creativity with pragmatic solutions to address business and technology challenges.
