Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity. Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define screen designs, design guidelines, and design specs. Ensure UI/UX and visual design communicates clearly, is on brand, and delights users. Partner with Product Owner, Business, and IT to ensure the project meets its purposes and strategic objectives. Manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented. Present in a clear and compelling way to team members and stakeholders. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design. Fluent in Cantonese and English. Ability to understand detailed complex requirements to design elegant solutions for complicated processes. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
